Refund & Return Policy

At KeepShake, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Digital downloads or personalized/custom orders
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

6. How to Initiate a Return
